New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson is considering granting a posthumous pardon to Billy the Kid. The only good that can come from this is that the time he spends on this is time he's not spending on something that can do real harm to his state. Richardson, like Al Gore and Joe Biden, seems to be constantly striving to enhance his reputation as a buffoon.
