Remarks from November 2006
Milton Friedman, a great man and brilliant economist, died Thursday at the age of 94. If you would like to know more, read a tribute to him by Thomas Sowell, a student of Friedman's, and some excerpts from his writings posted at the OpinionJournal.
I saw John Kerry on television today saying that it's time to get past a few mispoken words and move on to addressing some of the serious issues affecting Americans today. I agree with Kerry. And at the top of my list of those serious issues is why the voters of Massachusetts keep electing two idiots to the US Senate.
To be fair Massachusetts is not the only state that keeps electing idiots. Congress seems to be overrun with them. But I do believe that the Ks from MA are special.
