Many Europeans and Americans are overcome by guilt for their nations' oppression of other nations and peoples. So what do they want to do about it? They want to oppress all those Europeans and Americans who don't feel any guilt (because they themselves had nothing to do with it). And they don't see the irony. It would be better if they just shot themselves in the head.
